You will participate in the supervision, selection, training, and mentoring of culinary talent within our state-of-the-art kitchen & develop lasting relationships with residents & guests in our restaurant style dining room. As a Traveling Sous Chef, you will support area Chef Managers as assigned while being hands-on with meal preparation, working closely with front of house & back of house teams.. To better qualify it is good that you have at least 1-2 years minimum experience related to this job before you apply.
