Senior Director –Commissary/ Central Kitchen Operations
Job Description
Understanding of local, state and federal regulatory requirements associated with operating central kitchens, including distribution and re-distribution. PMP certification preferred. Bachelor’s degree required (Management, Business, Engineering); Develop excellent cross-functional networks and stakeholders.. To better qualify it is good that you have at least 1-2 years minimum experience related to this job before you apply.
