Job Description
Manage, train, and develop a team of pastry cooks and other BOH team members. Highly-acclaimed Ai Fiori, from famed hospitality firm Altamarea Group and located at the Langham New York Hotel, is looking for an energetic and passionate Pastry Sous Chef to join the team. Support other areas of the kitchen as needed, and be able and willing to assist teammates in the kitchen as needed, including.. To better qualify it is good that you have at least 1-2 years minimum experience related to this job before you apply. Also, you must be knowledgeable about the job and ensure that you meet the necessary qualifications needed by the company.
