Our cuisine is from northern France (Alsace) and we serve a sophisticated and varied clientele.

Our Chef has 3 Michelin star training at some of the finest restaurants in the world and strong recognition in the industry. We are looking for a great Sous Chef to lead our kitchen and be the right hand to the Chef.

This is a high volume (150-230 cover plus) role, requiring strong leadership skills and ability to manage a staff of 15. We are looking for a leader, and someone who can handle this volume. We are looking for very high Culinary standards and casual upscale restaurant experience.

**NOTE: Individuals with experience mostly in catering, food delivery, fast-casual or Cheesecake Factory type restaurants need not apply. You must have at least 1 year Sous Chef experience, or years as a lead line cook/ commis at a Michelin starred restaurant**

This role is also a growth opportunity, where you will learn how to run all aspects of the back of the house and driving our high culinary standards from our Executive Chef with over 3 decades of cooking, including 3 Michelin Star training (Trois Gros, Daniel).
