As an Applebee's® Server, you will help create a welcoming environment that will leave a lasting impression for our guests. You will need to be friendly, make recommendations, and anticipate the needs of the guest. You will work hard, but have a great time doing it!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet guests, answer questions, makes suggestions regarding food, drinks, and service.
- Interacts verbally with all guests creating a welcoming, friendly, and upbeat atmosphere.
- Relays orders to service bar and kitchen via POS System and support guests with Tabletop Devices.
- Delivers food and drinks to guests using Applebee’s steps of service.
- Observes guests and responds to any additional requests.
- Presents guest check to each table and accepts a form of payment or assists with payment through Tabletop Devices.
- Participates in the clearing and resetting of dining room tables.
- All other job duties assigned by a manager to ensure the effective and orderly operations of the restaurant.
Education and Experience
- Current High School student, or an individual with a High School Diploma or GED
- Reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required

- Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
