o Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
o Work Experience: 3 years experience in construction or equivalent.
o Understanding of construction processes.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and work under deadlines.
o Strong mobile communication skills.
o Daily travel throughout VA is required.
