Answer phone calls and make reservations using the POS system. Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant or hotel. Assist guests with seating arrangements and special requests. Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.. To better qualify it is good that you have at least 1-2 years minimum experience related to this job before you apply.
