Job Description
Personality is critical – must be charismatic and able to create a fun, unique atmosphere for employees and guests. Head Chef & Kitchen Manager - Upscale Dining Restaurant*. Manage a team of 15+ BOH staff, including prep cooks, line cooks, and dishwashers. 3+ years of restaurant experience preferred (front of house experience major plus).. To better qualify it is good that you have at least 1-2 years minimum experience related to this job before you apply. Also, you must be knowledgeable about the job and ensure that you meet the necessary qualifications needed by the company.
