Job Description
This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, White Lodging Services Corp.. Develop each kitchen brigade and stations assignments following the WLW SOPs and directives. Develop and represent all Food, Beverage, and Services of the Department, creating a culture with continuous learning and training with an emphasis on high quality, fresh ingredients utilizing seasonal techniques.. To better qualify it is good that you have at least 1-2 years minimum experience related to this job before you apply. Also, you must be knowledgeable about the job and ensure that you meet the necessary qualifications needed by the company.
