Job Description
Knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations as it relates to food and liquor, ensuring restaurant staff have all been trained in responsible alcohol service. Responsible for the review and accomplishment of cost goals in the area of food cost, kitchen labor and related expenses. Have a minimum 3 years' experience as Chef, including record of menu design and recipe creation.. To better qualify it is good that you have at least 1-2 years minimum experience related to this job before you apply. Also, you must be knowledgeable about the job and ensure that you meet the necessary qualifications needed by the company.
