Interacts with guests to monitor and assess satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly. Possess solid knowledge of high-quality culinary operations and management, luxury hotel service standards, guest relations and etiquette. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, team members, guests and the public.. To better qualify it is good that you have at least 1-2 years minimum experience related to this job before you apply.
