TIPS Certification not necessary for hire but all team members will be expected to get certified shortly after hiring. Enthusiasm for service, guiding a guests experience and teamwork are at the core of our ethos. TIPS Certification (Preferred). Must be a team player with a strong interest in cocktails & spirits, proactive and professional in guest relations.. To better qualify it is good that you have at least 1-2 years minimum experience related to this job before you apply.
