Greet all guests upon arrival. Ability to interact with guests in a pleasant friendly way. Attempt to anticipate the needs of guests. The role of a bartender is to provide an above and beyond service experience and to ensure that all guests are served beverages andor food in a timely, friendly, and high-quality way that follows safety procedures for serving alcohol..
